Celebrate your Festive Season in a stylish, relaxed and fun way with family and friends - it will be a week you'll never forget!  The house is decorated with a Christmas tree, wreath and other tasteful decorations - you'll feel spoilt the moment you arrive!  Solar powered fairy lights come on at dusk to create a truly festive feel.  Just imagine a seafood feast for lunch, afternoon beach cricket, table tennis tournaments at the Villa, morning walks into town and sightseeing at your own pace - what an amazing gift for your loved ones, which they will treasure memories of for a lifetime.

And best of all, when you're on the Island, things are just more RELAXED!

The Cottage & Studio:  Between $780-$820 per night for the first four guests in the gorgeous and charming Cottage, plus $40 per person, per night for additional guests. 

If the booking tariff is for 9 or more guests, the Studio cottage is included for your use also.  10 guests in up to 5 bedrooms, plus a sofa bed or basic fold out bed available (fold out beds are suitable for children). 8-10 guests is comfortable, however if the fold out or sofa bed is used, we can accommodate up to 11-12 guests in these cottages.

The Villa: Between $780-$820 per night for the first four guests, additional guests $40 per person, per night. Up to 11 guests can be accommodated or 12 if the trundle bed is also used, or porta-cots for little ones. This is the largest property, modern, open plan, spacious & light with fantastic dining facilities, wonderfully equipped kitchen and large laundry, an absolute delight for a big celebration or extended stay.

  If you have young children, this property has its own baby and toy storage area, just full of things to keep your packing light.  And the table tennis table is lots of fun for everyone!

All 3 Cottages (Main Cottage, Villa and Studio): $1800-$2000 per night, tariff includes up to the first 16 guests.  This rate applies if you are booking all properties for the same check In/Out dates, using the property as a whole etc.

Refundable bond of $100 per property applies ($2000 for 'All 3 Properties').

Festive Season 'official' check in time is generally 4pm (earlier subject to availability-we'll advise as soon as housekeeping is completed) and check out time is usually 9:30am to allow us time to prepare the properties perfectly for both you and our next guests.  

We will confirm this upon your booking request. 

On arrival day, we'll contact you as soon as housekeeping is complete & the property available.
