Low season rate for up to 4 guests from $380 per night (min 3 nights); additional guests incur a $30 per person, per night tariff (including children who have turned 1 at the time of travelling) and single supplement charges may apply.  Peak period rates and minimum stay duration varies and applies for Festive Season (usually from $680/night and Xmas / New Year usually 7 night minimum stay),  Summer, some Special Events, School & Public Holidays etc.   If you are booking for a group and/or wishing to use both properties during your stay, the 'All 3 Properties' rate typically applies for a minimum 3 night stay (longer in peak periods).  Please check our 'Rates & Availability Calculator', email bookings@seasidegardencottages.com.au or call  Rachel on 0412 796 321 to inquire - we are happy to provide a personalised quotation based on your requirements.   • Downstairs: 

    • Spacious open plan living and dining with soaring 6.5 metre high ceilings & bamboo floors- a real 'wow factor'!

    • Smart TV and free Wifi so you can log into your Netflix / Foxtel account, or choose from our absolutely huge selection of DVD's

    • Indoor dining table seats 10-14, plus two stools at the kitchen bench.

    • Outdoor deck dining table seats up to 10 (dining room doors open out onto the deck, great for larger groups dining together)

    • Bedroom 1: King Size Bed in large bedroom with gorgeous wooden doors opening onto the deck, plus Single Bed with trundle (nb. foam mattress to trundle) in this bedroom's little 'retreat' space (can be considered bedroom 5), great for children.  This room has TV (with DVD only) mounted on the wall, great for relaxing away from the main living area and perfect for families. 

    • Bedroom 2: King Size Bed in large bedroom with wooden doors opening onto the deck. Wall mounted Smart TV (no free to air), great for relaxing away from the main living area. 

    • 2 large bathrooms, each includes a walk-in shower and one with bathtub; hairdryers provided. Lovely white towels supplied.

    • Inside full laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, clothes airers.  Washing powders etc included. 

    • Fully functional and very well equipped modern kitchen for cooking your gorgeous KI produce, with dishwasher & Nespresso Creatista Plus Coffee Machine. Knives are sharp, saucepans are good quality and there are plenty of wine glasses & platters, extensive appliances including rice cooker, slow cooker, scales, blender, 4-slice toaster, wok etc.

    • Toy and Baby Items storage area: Neatly tucked away (so the property keeps its 'grown-up' feel), we have a storage area full of quality and clean toys, porta-cot/s, high chair/s, stroller/s, baby linen, stair gates, change mat...the list goes on.  So convenient for anyone travelling with little ones!  No need to compromise on quality and luxury just because you need 'family-friendly' accommodation!  We think this is the best accommodation option for families with little children, but if you've fallen in love with The Cottage, it's still absolutely suitable for kids! 

    • Gorgeous garden with lovely places to sit, relax end enjoy, or play a game of Table Tennis.

  • Beautiful garden and lush lawn, including fruit and herbs for your enjoyment when in season.

  • No bunk beds.  Great for safety for your precious children and way more comfortable! 

  • Large selection of board games, puzzles, books, CD's, magazines & DVD's  for you to enjoy

  • Free, undercover car parking including space for a boat (nb. we also own the vacant block next door if you have a huge boat).

  • Large BBQ, large outdoor dining setting (seats up to 10) plus outdoor lounge chair.  Further outdoor settings in the backyard can be used for additional seating requirements outside. 

  • A further 4-seater, 6-seater and 2 x 2-seater outdoor settings are positioned in the backyard, overlooking the lawn and table tennis area. 

  • Wifi (unlimited download) included complimentary. Please note however that at times, the Island experiences poor reception / connection and drop outs which are outside of our control.
